Vineyard Estate Mykonos is a private multi-level estate designed for seamless indoor-outdoor living with expansive shared spaces and independent guest accommodations. The ground floor features a fully equipped professional kitchen with direct access to the BBQ, pool, outdoor dining, and parking, alongside a dining area for 12, a lounge for 25 guests, and an indoor bar with wine cellar and cocktail setup. This level also includes a laundry utility space, two ensuite staff rooms, and a shared bathroom serving the pool and BBQ areas.
The first floor offers a lounge with a coffee making area and a large balcony with sunset and sea views. It also includes four ensuite bedrooms, all with queen beds, workspaces, A/C, and outdoor access: two interconnecting rooms with balconies and sea views toward Paros and Naxos, one with a private entrance and garden-view patio, and one with balcony views over the sea and pool.
The second floor is dedicated to a master suite with a private lounge, two balconies, and a large terrace featuring panoramic sunset sea views, a king bed, and a spacious bathroom. The estate is completed by three guest houses: one with a private patio, BBQ, and sea views; a second sleeping four with living area, fireplace, kitchenette, and private patio; and a third with a queen bed, kitchenette, and private patio overlooking the vineyard, garden, and sea.
